This exclusive experience is a multi-course prix-fixe dinner hosted by Audrey Failla Jordon, a regional sales associate and second-generation representative of Failla Wines. The evening centers on a guided exploration of cool-climate viticulture and the storied history of the winery, which was founded in 1998 by renowned winemaker Ehren Jordan.

The experience features a sophisticated menu designed to complement the high acidity and elegance of Failla's portfolio:
Amuse: Grassy Point Oyster with blueberry and cardamom.
First Course: Asparagus with Parmigiano-Reggiano crema, foraged mushrooms, grilled ramps, and sherry-ramp vinaigrette.
Second Course: Scallop with Romanesco, golden raisin, pine nut, Italian parsley, and pangrattato.
Third Course: Prime Brandt New York Strip with Nishiki rice, long bean, and smoked tare.
Dessert: Basque Cheesecake with citrus curd, lemon mint, and honeycomb.
